Annual Meeting of Members

Notice is hereby given that the annual membership meeting of the Grayson Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation will be held at Grayson RECC headquarters building at 109 Bagby Park St., Grayson, Kentucky, on Thursday, May 11^th, at 5:00 p.m., (Registration is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) to take action on the following matters:

1. Report on the number of members present in person in order to determine the existence of a quorum;
2. Reading of the notice of the meeting and proof of the due publication or mailing thereof, or the waiver or waivers of notice of the meeting, as the case may be;
3. Reading of unapproved minutes of previous meeting of the members and the taking of necessary action thereon;
4. Presentation and consideration of reports of officers, trustees, and committees;
5. Report on the election of board members;
6. Unfinished business;
7. New business;
8. Adjournment.

No proposal shall be voted upon at the annual meeting unless it has been placed on the

agenda by any member by filing a copy of the proposal with the Secretary within the time allowed, with a request that it be submitted to the annual meeting for consideration.

You are cordially invited to attend the 2023 annual meeting of Grayson Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation. 

We will continue to serve our members with a drive-thru annual meeting.  Please attend and register for your annual meeting gift and register for door prizes. 

Box lunches will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. or until meals are exhausted.
